No plan in our stock is by any means generic.  They all offer something unique, and they all give you custom features at a more affordable stock price.

Obviously, since our stock plans have been finished and built in most cases, buying one is much easier and takes far less time than starting from scratch with a custom plan.  A custom plan we develop takes at least 4 months to complete. 

Some take more than 18 months.  Our stock home plans are ready for the builder as soon as they are sold, provided you do not require any modifications to the plan

In addition to saving time and money, another advantage that stock home plans offer is reliability.  You know what you are moving into, so to speak, because each plan has already proven itself at least once on the construction site. 

Your builder will have fewer problems, if any, constructing your new home because construction problems that might have existed in the original custom plan may have been corrected and subsequently revised in the drawings.

Please be aware that buying a stock plan will work better if you have picked out or already purchased your lot, as there are many attributes of a lot that will affect what size and type of home that can be built on that lot.
